Reminds me of a tongue in cheek Todd Snider song about a band that "refused to play a note under any circumstances." They were a huge hit until "along came a band that wasn't even together" which made him feel "stupid and contagious."

I've always been fascinated by the oboe, and have thought it'd be neat to be the oboe player in the orchestra - at last, my dream can come true (no, I've never played a note on one)! So, people actually *pay* for that, eh?
